Rose Lane is the building across from the Botanical Gardens and is connected to Gatehouse. It has one large kitchen (4 hobs, microwave, toaster, oven) which is shared by both Rose Lane and Gatehouse. The washing machine and dryer are in the kitchen. It has a nice little garden with a bike storage area. There is a toilet on every floor along with two showers and a bath.
